Our Story

The name Hackamore Farm came from an Arab/TB mare that I grew up with. Her name was Hackamore Tamara (Tami) and she was one of those special horses that you really connect with. We started out doing hunters then went to eventing. So the farm logo is from Pony Club Championships at the Kentucky Horse Park 1989.
